Markaink has a secretary who never sleeps.
The customer writes, Mia answers, and the order arrives ready to make. Markaink prints and ships. Here is the flow, step by step.

The customer writes on WhatsApp
They come from a reel or from Google. Mia answers at once, at any hour and in their language, with the shop's real prices, sizes, shipping and returns. She always says she is a virtual assistant.
When needed, she hands over to the shop
If the customer wants to buy or asks something she doesn't know, Mia sends Markaink the conversation on Telegram with a summary. Meanwhile she keeps answering.
Markaink replies in one line
From the phone, the shop writes “tell them it ships tomorrow”. Mia words it properly in the customer's language, shows it to them and sends it with their OK.
The order comes in
The customer pays on the website. Mia alerts Markaink at once: name, address, amount and the print file for each piece. If the photo is low resolution, she says so.
Markaink makes it
The production list is ready: Markaink prints and packs.
Shipping
Mia prepares the shipment with Poste and stops before confirming: Markaink says OK and the label and pickup are ready.
The customer tracks the parcel
They get the tracking number from the shop.
Phone calls
She answers the phone with her own voice and what she knows about the shop.
